Any gifts sold by us containing alcohol may only be purchased by a person aged 18 and over.  This policy aligns with the Liquor Act 2007. 

At Gourmet Wanderlust we take our customers privacy seriously. We will never disclose or sell on your private information to anyone.

We will also never spam you. We only send emails for special offers, awesome events, important news, money off coupon codes to our loyal customers. If you don't wish to receive occasional emails, simply email us with your request.

At Gourmet Wanderlust we offer free and local delivery to our Rockingham region customers for all orders valued over $99. 

​

We understand life gets busy and our customers often need a gift last minute. No stress, we can help you out.

Order before 10am for same day delivery to the greater Rockingham region. See full list below for areas hand delivered to.

Ordering after 10am, we will deliver by hand the very next day.

If you live locally, when placing an order, please select the Free Delivery option at checkout or you can select Free Click & Collect at Safety Bay if you prefer to collect.

​Live a bit far from Safety Bay? 

No worries. We offer a flat rate fee of $20 for a tracked courier of your purchase. This rate is for Perth Metro. We can get your hamper/gifts/pantry foods to you quickly.

If your order is valued over $175, we offer free delivery to Metro Perth areas. 

Please note, we only typically courier to Perth Metro or areas 50km from Rockingham at this time. If you need a delivery to a remote area please get in touch for a competitive delivery quote.

​Our Free Hand Delivery offer is strictly for orders over $99, within the Rockingham area.

You can pick up from us for free, to save on the $20 courier fee, if your order is under $99.

For the Free Delivery ensure you pick a delivery slot that suits at checkout. We typically deliver in the afternoons and early evenings. Need a different time? Get in touch and we will try to help you out! 

​

Important - customers must be home to receive the hamper at the time slot selected. If the customer is not home, we will try a neighbour, but if no one is home or willing to accept the hamper on your behalf we will return it to Safety Bay.

As the products are of significant value and we can't risk your hamper being stolen, we will return the hamper to Safety Bay with us. In this unfortunate little mishap, the customer who placed the order, will be requested to come to Safety Bay to collect their hamper at a mutually, convenient time. He or she will need to let us know when they wish to collect their hamper. We will keep the hamper safe until it is picked up. 

At Gourmet Wanderlust we offer a free click & click option for customers who are happy to drive to Safety Bay, near Rockingham, WA, to pick up your order.

Simply select Click & Collect option at checkout.

Once your order is ready, we will message you directly to arrange a suitable time for pick up.

​

Pick up is typically 1-2 business days for hampers.

​

​All customers must provide I.D to pick up their order. 

Coming soon....we plan to expand to nationwide delivery in 2025.

At present, it is a $20 flat rate for Perth Metro. If your order is over $175, then the shipping is FREE.

Our hampers are wrapped with quality cellophane and secured with a beautiful ribbon. Each hamper item is securely placed in gift hampers and gently placed on our natural wool wood that supports and protects the items. The result is a unique gift presentation that we will hand deliver with a smile. You can see the presentation on our Custom Hamper page.​​​

When hampers or any products ordered are sent via tracked courier service we use secure boxes. We place the gift hamper basket and any other items ordered into a secure box. We always present our hampers with quality cellophane and ribbon, and fill in any empty space in the box to ensure safe delivery of your order. We will place a fragile sticker on boxes too for Metro courier delivery. 

Please note - some of our hampers contain perishable items such as cheese and meats. They must be removed from the hamper and placed into a cold fridge within 2 hours of receipt to avoid spoiling and to avoid the risk of bacteria growth.

To minimise risk, we do not recommend ordering a hamper with cheeses and/or meats if you cannot guarantee that the fresh foods will be placed into a cool fridge upon receipt. In these unknown circumstances, we would advise you request non-perishable food replacements of equal value. We can help you decide on what alternatives you would like instead of cheese and meat, or you can look at our pantry items in our shop for inspiration.

If you live outside the Rockingham region, we do  not recommend ordering a hamper with cheese and/or meats. We have many alternative hampers with no cheese or meats, or we can replace the cheese and meat with alternative items of equal value. We cannot guarantee that the tracked courier company can keep the perishables at a safe temperature. 

At Gourmet Wanderlust we take great care to ensure our gifts are packaged securely for delivery. Unfortunately though, accidents can happen on transit. To reduce risk, Alana hand delivers most hampers personally to ensure quality and top class service is delivered.

If you have received a gift that is damaged please send us an email to hello@gourmetwanderlust.com with a photo attached of your item. 

​

If your claim is legit, we will always offer a refund to the credit card used or an exchange to the value of the damaged good/s.

​

Any returned items will not be accepted for refund or exchange if the returned items have been opened, used, worn, not in original packaging and also if any labels have been removed. 

​

You must email us prior to returning any goods to receive our prior approval of any refund or exchange to be granted. 

At Gourmet Wanderlust we endeavor to always supply the exact products as advertised on our website. However, if there are supply chain issues, we will always substitute with a product that is of equal or greater value. 

At Gourmet Wanderlust we offer multiple payment options. We offer secure credit card payments through Stripe, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

We also have Afterpay to help customers spread the cost.

​

And, we offer cash payment for customers who wish to click & collect their gift hamper in Safety Bay.
